Full Replacement

Full roof replacement, planned right.

When the patches stop working, a full replacement is the honest answer. We tear off down to the decking, fix anything that needs fixing, and install the new roof to last another 30–50 years.

04 · Common questions

About full replacement.

Don't see your question? Call us or use the form below — we answer fast.

How long does a full replacement take?

Most single-family homes take 1–3 days for asphalt shingle, 3–5 days for tile. We'll give you a firm window before we order materials.

What's the difference between a re-cover and a tear-off?

A re-cover puts new material on top of the old. A tear-off removes everything down to the deck. We almost always recommend tear-off — it's the only way to inspect the decking and reset the roof's actual lifespan.

Will my homeowners insurance cover it?

Replacement due to age is usually not covered. Replacement due to storm/hail damage often is. We'll tell you which category you're in honestly.
