Insurance Claims

Insurance claims — we'll meet your adjuster on the roof.

Insurance carriers don't always see what's there. We document the damage thoroughly, meet the adjuster on-site, and supplement the claim when needed so you get the full scope your policy covers.

01 · What's included

Every insurance claims job includes:

01
Pre-claim damage assessment

We tell you honestly whether filing a claim is worth it before you involve your carrier.

02
Drone + ground documentation

Comprehensive photo and video evidence of every impact, leak, and code issue.

03
Adjuster meetings on-site

We climb up with your carrier's adjuster and walk through every finding. They see what we see.

04
Scope of loss preparation

Xactimate-formatted estimates so your carrier can process the claim quickly.

05
Supplemental claim filing

If the adjuster misses damage or under-scopes, we file supplements with photos and code requirements.

06
End-to-end coordination

From first report to final invoice — we handle the paperwork and the install. You handle the deductible.

02 · Options

Materials & approaches we use.

A
Hail or wind damage

Most common Phoenix-area claim type. Monsoon season produces a wave each summer.

B
Tree or impact damage

Falling limbs, debris from neighboring construction, etc. Document fast.

C
Sudden leak / interior damage

When water shows up inside, the roof is usually the source. We trace it.

Sudden leak after a wind or rain event
Neighbors filing claims after the same storm
Roof age within insurance-covered window
Carrier requested documentation of damage
04 · Common questions

About insurance claims.

Don't see your question? Call us or use the form below — we answer fast.

Will filing a claim raise my premium?

It can. We'll tell you honestly whether the likely payout is worth the potential premium impact. Sometimes the answer is 'pay out of pocket.'

What if my claim gets denied?

We can supplement with additional documentation and request a re-inspection. If the damage is real, we usually have options. Adjusters miss things.

How long does the whole process take?

From inspection to claim approval: usually 2–6 weeks. From approval to completed roof: another 1–4 weeks depending on materials. We'll set expectations upfront.
