A family roofing crew, built for the Valley.
We started Rize because Phoenix homeowners deserved better than out-of-state crews who roll in after every monsoon and leave a mess behind. Roofing's our trade — and our name's on the truck for a reason.
Why we started Rize.
After enough summers watching out-of-state storm-chasers roll through Phoenix, take insurance checks, and leave homeowners with seams that wouldn't last two monsoons, we'd had enough.
Rize was started by a family of Valley roofers who wanted to do this trade the way we'd want it done on our own homes — no high-pressure sales calls, no 1-800 numbers, no surprises on the invoice.
We've stayed intentionally small. The person you meet at the inspection is the foreman on your install. The phone you call rings on a Phoenix desk, not a call center in another state. That's the whole pitch.
Four things we won't compromise on.
These aren't slogans on the wall. They're the operating rules we use to decide which jobs to take, who we hire, and how we handle the hard calls.
If a repair will buy you 5 more years, we'll tell you. We don't replace what doesn't need replacing.
Our crews are W-2 employees, not subs. The same hands that wrote the estimate do the work.
No 1-800 hold music. No answering service. Real Phoenix humans, real fast response.
Photos before, during, and after. Written estimates, written warranties, written change orders. Nothing on a handshake.
